Art Soiree presents SUNSET ROOFTOP PERFORMANCE SERIES, Thursday evening’s most exceptional aesthetic experience in an exciting setting on one of the city’s best rooftops, atop the Beacon Hotel.

Every Thursday we will transform this rooftop deck from a relaxing oasis in the afternoon to a vibrant, people-watching party scene under the stars, creating a platform for spontaneous experiences at any given moment. Join us as we “rock the roof” at another wonderful Rooftop Sunset Performance event featuring at the sunset DC’s alternative rock band – CHUTE and DJ FoTiFo spinning throughout the night.

CHUTE is an alternative rock band from Washington DC. The band fuses together elements of classic rock, grunge, punk rock, and heavy metal to achieve their exciting sound. The band’s debut album, “Crooked Doses of Happiness”, was released in the fall of 2011. Chute has been making noise throughout the DC music scene for combining pop sensibilities with crunchy riffs, powerful vocals, and hard driving rhythms. DJ JOHN JAZZ has been playing music since his earliest memories as a child. His main instrument is the saxophone, but he can also play the guitar, bass, and drums. From New York, to Guatemala, to DC, he has been DJing for 11 years and producing music for 9. John Jazz has an eclectic style and loves to play for any crowd.
