You won’t have to travel to France to experience “Marché de Noël” this holiday season. Join us and the Chef members of the French International Culinary Society as we recreate the French century old tradition by bringing together artists, crafters, culinary artists and artisans to showcase their trades and talents in the spirit of holiday giving. The event will feature art, live music, Chef Tables, brunch style buffet, Mimosa, French wines, piano performance, exclusive retailers and silent auction.

To accompany this Art Soiree event, Christian Dallas Blakely will be performing a variety French and Italian pieces, notably by Frederic Chopin, Franz Liszt, Yann Tiersen, and others, along with his own set of compositions, variations, and mixes, all in A-major, D-minor, F-minor and B-flat minor.
Christian Dallas Blakely, a Sonoma County California native, developed a deep passion for piano at the age of 6 and began composing for the piano at 22 while a graduate student in Grenoble, France. As a frequent performer at embassies, clubs, cafes, and music festivals over the past 7 years in DC, Paris, London, Lisboa, Stuttgart, and Los Angeles, he strives to develop and perform a wide repertoire of piano music genres varying in different musical structure that attempt to provoke daydreaming and reflection. www.cd-blakely.com

Art auction of rare and unusual fine art prints, collectible lithographs and original work of art by Gary Benfield, Marie Boisson, George Braque, Bernard Buffet, Marc Chagall, Erte, Louis Icart, Joan Miro, Alphone Mucha, Sam Park, Pablo Picasso, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Michael Rozenvain, Auguste Rodin and Iztak Tarkay.
This fun gourmet event is just in time for that last minute holiday shopping, where you will find unusual and rare gift ideas (many not available anywhere else) while sampling French wine and specialties from DC tops Chefs.
“Le Marché de Noël” is an elegant walk around style event with casual seating. It is appropriate to enjoy just as a gourmet affair or just to take advantage of special purchase opportunities.
