June 18th, 2010 Art Soiree presented Friday evening’s most exceptional aesthetic experience in an exciting setting on one of the city’s best rooftops, atop the residences at West End 25.

A tour-de-force of the latest eco-focused design, this event was situated in a revitalized building, re-imagined for a city just discovering its creative spirit. Guests luxuriated into the evening with a fashion presentation by Bayou Muse and ended the night with a live opera performance by Jose Sacin and The Alturas Duo.

While watching the sunset over the Potomac, attendees listened, watched, and discovered fresh ways to express their style through vintage, eco-friendly fashion. Our cocktail show, incorporating the swanky styles of yesterday and inventive looks of today gave them ideas for using their past treasures and current purchases to reinterpret, resurrect, and reinvent their look into something sophisticated, urbane, and all their own. The exclusive rooftop pool deck offered unequaled panoramic views of the D.C. skylines and sunsets over the Potomac River. Art Soiree evolved this rooftop pool deck from a relaxing oasis in the afternoon to a vibrant, people-watching party scene under the stars, creating a platform for spontaneous experiences at any given moment.  Hot summer beats by DJ MANIFESTO were spun throughout the night.
